Terms of service

These terms cover your use of CleanPro's booking service.

Booking and payment

A booking is a request until we confirm it. The price shown at booking is the price you

pay unless the job turns out to be materially different from what you described, in which

case we will tell you before we start. Payment is due as set out on your invoice.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel from your account. Cancellation charges, if any, are shown

when you cancel.

Access and safety

You agree to give our cleaners safe access to the property and to tell us about anything

on site that could hurt them.

Our work

If you are not happy with a clean, tell us within 48 hours and we will put it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be

limited by agreement.
