Privacy policy
CleanPro ("we") collects and uses personal information to clean your property and
to run our business. This policy says what we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can
ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- You: name, email address, phone number, and the address we clean.
- Your bookings: what you booked, when, what it cost, what you paid, and notes you or
our cleaners add about the job.
- Photos: before-and-after photos of the work, where the job calls for them.
- Messages: what you send us by chat, email or text, and our replies.
- Technical: your IP address and browser, in our server and security logs.
We do not store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe, who send us only the
last four digits and the card type so you can tell your cards apart.
Why we use it
To quote, book, carry out and invoice your cleans; to answer you; to meet our tax and
accounting obligations; and to keep the service secure. We send you service messages about
your own bookings. We send marketing only if you have asked for it, and every marketing
message has an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
- The cleaners assigned to your job, so they can find and do it.
- CleanPro, who provide the software we run this business on, as our processor.
- Stripe (payments), our email and text message providers, and our accountant.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Bookings, invoices and payment records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires
it. Job photos are kept for two years. Chat and message history is kept for two years.
Everything else is deleted or anonymised when you ask, or when your account has been
inactive for three years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Sign in and use
My account → Privacy, or email no-reply@cleanpro.vantafloor.in. We answer within 30 days.
Deleting your data removes your name, contact details, address, photos and messages. We
must keep the invoices and payment records themselves for the seven years tax law
requires, and our security logs; those records will no longer name you.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to us at
no-reply@cleanpro.vantafloor.in, and then to the privacy regulator in your country.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep your booking in progress. Anything
optional asks first, and you can change your mind from the banner at any time.
